Logan Cochran

Logan Cochran is a Senior Associate at Wieser Taylor PLLC, focusing on complex commercial litigation. Licensed in Texas since 2017, he is also admitted to practice in Virginia, the District of Columbia, and Maryland, as well as in all four federal district courts in Texas.

Before joining Wieser Taylor, Logan represented companies, professionals, insurers, and insureds in litigation and administrative proceedings at another Fort Worth law firm. He has experience guiding matters through all stages of litigation, including pre-suit investigation, discovery, depositions, hearings, mediation, and trial.

Logan brings a global perspective to his practice. Before law school, he worked in São Paulo, Brazil, for a New York-based law firm, gaining firsthand experience with international business,  legal practices, and cross-cultural relationships. He has also spent significant time in Ecuador, Spain, and France. Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and proficient in French, Logan is well-equipped to navigate complex disputes and communicate effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders.

Logan earned his J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2017 and a B.A. with Distinction in Spanish and Comparative Literature from the University of Virginia in 2012. He is a member of the Tarrant County Bar Association and the Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association.

Outside of work, Logan enjoys traveling, exploring new cuisines, supporting UVA sports, and spending time with friends and family.
