Jay K. Wieser

As a founder of Wieser Taylor PLLC, Jay is an experienced, aggressive, and accomplished trial attorney that delivers results. Jay combines work ethic, smarts, and strategic thinking to achieve his clients’ goals, and is equally comfortable in the courtroom, boardroom, or on a gravel road talking to witnesses. His mission is to fight to win his clients the best possible outcome while maintaining the trust and confidence they deserve.

Jay’s practice focuses on a broad range of litigation matters. Jay’s deep experience in complex business lawsuits has honed his approach into effective, efficient lawyering. When he’s not navigating the courthouse, Jay helps his clients transact business and avoid the courthouse altogether by serving as outside counsel to individuals and companies.

Before founding Wieser Law, Jay was a partner at Jackson Walker LLP, one of the largest law firms in Texas, where he spent more than a decade focused on various matters at the trial and appellate levels, including multi-district antitrust and royalty litigation; class actions; prosecuting and defending negligence, fraud, and breach of fiduciary duty claims; and commercial, contractual, and real estate disputes.

Jay earned his law degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where he graduated with honors and was a member of the law review. Prior to law school, he received a business degree from Baylor University.

And last, but certainly not least, Jay is a proud husband to his beautiful wife Beth, a physician at the TCU student health center, and father to three amazing kids, Allie Beth, Luke, and Emery. Jay lives in and loves Fort Worth and is active in the community.
